New Year New Song

It is 2025 and a new year. Every year people rejoice it is a new year, a clean slate. "Out with the old and in with the new." As we start our journey into this clean slate let us purpose ourselves for God and be expectant for what he has for us this year. Throw off the past troubles and trust God in all you do this year.

Psalm 98:1 (Amp Classic)

O sing to the Lord a new song, for He has done marvelous things; His right hand and His holy arm have wrought salvation for Him

The author of Psam 98 reminds us to remember what the Lord has done. Remember his sacrifice and the salvation that he gives us through his son. I know that many lost loved ones in 2024, many were sick, many problems plagued people all over the earth. In all that he does not leave us. He loves us and our joy comes from knowing that no matter how hard life gets, no matter the storms that come, no matter the lack we see that we can rely 100% on the fact that Jesus Christ loves us and desires our hearts. He loved his so much he layed down his life for us.

So I remind you today that no matter what happen in 2024 that this year in 2025 You can sing a new song. Sing a song of trust to the Lord, sing a song of Joy in the Lord, sing a song of love and sing a song of the 100% assurance that our salvation grows near. What a glorious day when Jesus comes to rapture his church!

Lets Pray:

Lord Jesus we pray today that as we journey into this new year that your will would be done in each of our lives. I pray over each person that would read this and even those that don't that you would touch them from the top of their heads to the soles of their feet with healing, with encouragment, and that your warm presence would give them peace. Guide your children this year and remind us daily that our joy is in you. I pray that we find our strength in Jesus Christ and that in our wait we are comforted. I pray for those that are in mourning that you ease their pain. I pray Lord that if there be anyone that has not surrendered their hearts to you that you would put the right people in their life and that they would trust you. Thank you Lord and we pray this in Jesus Name.
